Setup Charge
Unless noted otherwise, there is a setup charge of $45 on most items.  A setup charge of $20 will be charged on repeat orders.

Artwork
Photocopies or FAX copies are not acceptable.  For best results, please submit process-ready artwork (originals or reproducible Photostats of logos, line art and/or typography).  We are also able to work from laser output on clean, white paper (minimum 300 dpi; the higher the dpi, the better the results). If none of this is available, we can utilize letterhead or non-embossed business cards.  Again, photocopies or FAX copies are not acceptable.

Send via zip drive (100), CD, or E-Mail. We use Corel Draw 11, PageMaker 7, Adobe Illustrator 9, and PhotoShop 7.  You can also send scannable color photos, pictures, etc.

We assume no liability for determining ownership of trademarks, copyrights or logos. All liability for their use rests with the customer.

Art Services
If artwork and/or typesetting services are required to produce process-ready art, a minimum of $45 service charge will apply.  If necessary, color separation services are also available.

Company Logos
We have many major company logos on file.  However, we must have written permission to use any registered logos on any product.  If we have your logo on file, there will be no artwork fees applied only the normal setup charges. If we do not have yours on file the normal one-time art work charge of $45.00 will apply.

Have a local chapter logo? If it is available to us in TIF, EPS, AI, CDR or JPG format, there is typically no added charge to add your logo to any of or products.

Copy
All imprint message copy must be typed.  Phone orders cannot be accepted for print jobs, other than reorders for jobs using existing plates/files. For standard fonts see font page.

Overruns/Underruns
We reserve the right to deliver 5% over or under the order quantity for printing services and for specialty ad items.  You will be charged only for the exact amount delivered.

Shipping Method
All shipments will be sent via UPS unless otherwise requested. Shipping only in the United States and Canada. C.O.D. shipments are not available.  Overnight shipping of imprinted items available upon request.

Trademark Notice
The artwork, designs, logos and other trademarks on products in this catalog are reproduced for display purposes only and do not imply endorsement by the trademark owner, nor that the item was originally produced for the trademark owner.

Color Matching on Pad Printed Items
Specify ink color whenever a specific color is required. Otherwise, we will select the color that will stand out the best.  Available colors are white, black, red, blue, yellow, green, silver, and gold.  Due to many variations in inks and printing processes, specific PMS matching cannot be guaranteed.  However we will make every attempt to be as close as possible.

Four Color Continuous Tone Plaques
We print on either clear or white vinyl with a permanent adhesive backing. We then apply a vinyl overlay to protect the ink and add some UV resistance. This is then mounted to 1/8” black or white Plexiglas. Sublimation plaques are printed on scratch resistant white aluminum then mounted onto your choice of Red Alder or Walnut.

Setups and Submission of Artwork
Acceptable art work can be e-mailed, or submitted on a Zip disk or CD either PC or Mac format (please let us know what format is used). Electronic artwork that can be accepted are: Adobe PhotoShop, Corel Draw 11, Adobe Illustrator 9, JPG, EPS, or TIF. Resolution should be 300 dpi or greater.  For printing services, 600 dpi is required. No setup charges on reorders over $200.

For pad printed items, proof plates are available (and recommended), but setup will be charged for the proof. This charge will not be added again with your order.

Payment:

  • Terms: Prepay with check, MasterCard, Visa or Discover (Card will not be charges until day of shipment.

  • First orders: 10 to 15 days
  • Reorders: 5 to 10 days

Payment can be made by check payable to Engraven Images. Orders will be invoiced at time of shipment.

Items will normally ship within two weeks after receipt of order unless specified otherwise. Orders shipped to a Tyler or Dallas area address will be shipped via US Postal Services, others via UPS.  Order form can be E-mailed, faxed to 903-566-9989 or mailed to:

 Items marked with “(NM)” have no minimums on orders.

Refunds:

No refunds for customized items. Any refunds must be authorized and items must be returned with the appropriate RMA number at customers cost prior to any refunds.  No refunds are given for shipping.

      NOTE: ** The photograph for the Picture Award Plaque, must be 4” x 6” minimum, 8” x 10” maximum in size. Remember that the picture on the plaque can only be as good as the photograph presented. Engraven Images will make every attempt to use the photograph provided.  We will also make every attempt to return the photograph to you but cannot be responsible for the photograph.  If we feel the photograph presented will not work, we will contact you prior to starting any work.
